In true lockdown fashion, we had a chat with Cape Town garage punk rockers Runaway Nuns via Zoooooom video chat. The guys have released their new EP Spit and it’s a real banger. Runaway Nuns have evolved their sound with command over their instruments backed up with comradeship and simple love for their craft.
