Syed Shahzar Ahmed aka Garam Masala is a Texas-raised, Amsterdam based DJ with his radio show, Masala Mixtapes, airing monthly out of Bucharest on Black Rhino Radio.
His musical journey started in Houston with rap and hip hop with summers spent in London with grime and drill.
Moving to Austin opened up the world of experimental and progressive rock. Now he blends his musical influences when curating music, house and techno.
