If your new to The Grind Multiverse you might not be aware that we have joined forces with the epic humans from Matineee Mix – Masterclasses and workshops.
Every month they host a small intimate workshop in Pretoria. Workshops range from food, photography, art and DIY crafts. Its usually a beautiful day where you can come hangout, meet new like minded humans, listen to some killer tunes and learn something new.
The next class is happening the 11th of Feb and is hosted by Chef Stephan Kruger. The class is centered around creating your own super yum Asian/fusion dipping sauces. Chef Stephan will also be sharing some historical tit bits on Asian cuisine.
What to expect:
Learn to make 3 Asian-inspired dipping sauces as well as roll your own Vietnamese spring rolls to dip into your decadent sauces along with historical background on the origins of these sauces.
Stephan Kruger is an executive chef and consultant in the hospitality industry with years of experience.
