On Sunday – 7 January 2024 – the last episode Skanking Selection Season 2 hit our airwaves. #professorjoosty has put together and amazing season with reggae talents from across the globe. For the final airing we were joined by legendary Nairobi based dub artist DJ Zygyza and Binti Afrika. The airing is now available on Mixcloud.
In standard Skanking Selection fashion our host and dub selector, #ProfessorJoosty kicks off the show with a 2 hour curated mix full of version treasures. #ProfessorJoost has dig deep into his personal collection and serves up some legendary tracks from Don Carlos, Alpha Steppa & Awa Fall and many more reggae legends.
DJ Zygyza and Binti Afrika Swahili Dub Queen take over the Turning The Tables special guest spot. These 2 legendary dub artist join forces and deliver a high energy celebration of all things REGGAE.
